What we found
Existing tools often fail for the same reasons: they rely too much on willpower, feel fragmented across apps, and offer little emotional support when users get stuck.
Who we’re building for
The strongest signal came from people who want to move forward, but struggle at the moment of starting. In our sample, 73% fit our core “Initiation-Blocked” user segment.
